200g of strawberry
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 & 1/2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 cup of sugar
Pinch of red food colour (optional)
PROCEDURES
wash your strawberry and dice it into smaller pieces, add it in a sauce pan and add all other ingredients except the red velvet colour, allow it to cook for about 20mins in a low heat, add your food colour and allow it to cook for another 10mins
And your strawberry filling is ready.
