Microwave chocolate cake
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 Cup sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate
6 tbsp cocoa powder
8 tbsp oil
3 eggs
1 Cup boiling water
1 tbsp coffee
Preparations
1. In a bowl mix all your dry ingredients except for coffee
2. In a separate bowl add eggs and oil mix well then add to flour mixture
3. Mix boiling water with coffee add to the mixture mix well
4. Pour in a greased microwave bowl or (2 liter ice cream dish) bake for 7 minutes in the microwave ,check if it is okay by using toothpick if it comes clean it is okay,if not leave it in the microwave for about 7
Whilst waiting for the cake
In a pot put
6 tbsp cocoa powder
6 tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
Mix well, then add 2 cups milk and stir over medium heat till it’s thickened and bubbling
Take off the heat and add 4 tbsp butter,cover and set aside
Take cake out of microwave and allow to cool
Cut cake in the middle and some of the ganache
And the rest on top.
