Oil based Vanila recipe

RECIPES:
Sugar 1/3+1/3cup 
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla flavor 
⅓ cup vegetable oil
½ cup milk (whole milk) mixture of full cream and water(1/4cup of full cream plus 1/4cup of water)
1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt (optional)

PROCEDURE:

Preheat the oven
Grease a 8 or 9 inch round cake baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
Beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla flavour for one minute on high speed to thicken. (You can mix manually)
On low speed include vegetable oil, milk.
Add all powder ingredients together all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt) add it into the above liquid mixture. Blend it well but do not over mix. 
Pour the batter into the cake pan prepared earlier. Now bake for around 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Let it cool.
You can frost the cake with with whipped cream or buttercream. Picture attached is to pepper silent members.
