Royal icing Recipe
Ingredients:
4cups icing sugar
2 eggs white
Lemon juice 1 table spoon
Salt 2 pinch
Method:
1 Sieve the icing sugar.
2. Whisk the egg whites and add to the bowl of icing sugar and lemon juice ,salt and mix very well , the mixture should be semi solid (no too watery and not too thick)
3. Now add your favourite colour in icing and apply delecious icing on doughnuts .
Making of Sprinkles
4.if you want to make sprinkles , divide the royal icing in 2,3,4 places then add different colour as per your desire and mix very well
Now put the different coloured royal icing in piping bags
Get a parchment or butter paper and set in a tray now make your favourite sprinkle designs
You can also make flowers, cake toppers with the help of royal icing as well decorate your cake and cookies
After piping sprinkle allow to dry at least 8 hours
Break into your desired shapes or length
Now transfer the sprinkle in air tight container , this can stay up 6 to 7 months
