Chocolate Fruit Cake Recipe

Chocolate Fruit Cake Recipe
Without Alcohol....It's special and so so delicious...

Ingredients  for Ist Part Procedure 
100g of Margarine
200g of Dried Mixed Fruits 
100g of Brown sugar 
¼ cup of Golden syrup 
¼ cup of Black treacle 
50ml of Fruit Juice
50g of Dark Sweetened Compound chocolate (grated/chopped or diced)
- Put all these ingredients in a Saucepan and place over fire using very low heat ....stir with wooden spoon till the brown sugar, Margarine and chocolate melts. Don't allow this mixture to boil. Then remove the Saucepan from fire and allow to cool .

Ingredients for 2nd Part Procedure 
300g of flour 
½ teaspoon of nutmeg powder 
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon 
½ teaspoon of All spices 
½ teaspoon of Baking soda 
1 teaspoon of Baking powder 
4 teaspoons of Cocoa powder 
- Measure out all these dry ingredients and sift all into a bowl and set aside

Ingredients for 3rd Part Procedure 
150g of Margarine 
100g of White Granulated sugar 
1 teaspoon of Lemon or Orange flavour 
4 Eggs 
1 or 2 tablespoons of Browning (depending on  how light or dark you want the colour of the cake to appear)

Finally 
- Cream the Margarine, sugar and flavour together till light . Then break eggs, beat the eggs with fork and add it gradually into the Creamed mixture
- Add all the dry ingredients from 2nd part procedure into the creamed mixture 
- Afterwards pour in the cool /warm wet mixture from the Ist part procedure into the thick batter 
-  Then Add the Browning, Stir or Mix throughly so that the mixture will blend well. At this stage you can add few cut red or green glace cherries or even nuts for additional richness or attractive appearance though its optional. 
- Pour batter into prepared pan/pans and bake in a preheated oven till its firm to touch..

 Note - If you dont see dark compound chocolate to bake with, increase your cocoa powder to 6 teaspoons. 

For Margarine- use @taroonamargarine
You can also use real butter if there's no Margarine in your location
For The Golden syrup, Black Treacle, Browning ,You can use @austenandmarcelfoods product
