HEALTHY CHOCOLATE CHIN CHIN RECIPE
NO SUGAR, NO EGG
Ingredients
500g of flour
1tbs of cocoa powder (slightly heaped).
½ tsp of baking powder.
¼ tsp of cinnamon.
⅛ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of flavour
⅓ cup of milk
¼ cup of date paste
1 cup of honey
Veg. oil for frying.
PROCEDURE
Sieve your flour in a large bowl

Sieve in your pure cocoa powder
.
Add your baking powder and nutmeg or cinnamon.

Add your margarine and blend it
.
Pour in your date paste, and honey, add flavour and evaporated milk.

Mould very well till it becomes a dough(add a little water if necessary).

Heat your oil and fry till done.
.
You will know when it's done when the surface of the oil becomes clearer
