HOME MADE WHITE BREAD

Ingredients
all purpose flour..1kg(6cups)
Instant yeast..2 1/2 tbsp
Sugar...100gr( 5tbsp levelled)
Butter... 125gr melted( half of sachet )
Milk...125ml(6tbsp) if it's dry milk 1/2 cup
Cinnamon or nut meg..1/8 tsp(a pinch)
Egg..2 whole.
luke warm water
A pinch of salt.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Sieve your flour into a sizeable bowl,add nut meg or Cinnamon, a pinch of salt and set aside.

Get a silicone bowl, pour a 250ml of luke warm water, add your yeast, stir, add your sugar, stir and cover to proof or ferment for 8minutes...

 Then melt your butter, allow it to cool off, just for few seconds, then add to your fermented yeast,add your whisk egg,add your liquid milk

 ( if it's dry milk that you are using, it should be dissolve in the warm water that you use to proof the yeast), stir slowly, and turn gradually into your flour mixture, if the the water isn't enough add some more warm water, till everything stick together ( not watering) 

then transfer to your work surface and knead nicely till it's smooth and elastic

cover and allow to rest and proof or ferment for about 30minutes

 then cut out and shaped it either round or the usual loaves shape,then allow to rest and proof again for another 25minutes or till double in size, then bake for 30minutes.

Then your home made bread is ready.

Package it nicely and make money from it.
