A Typical Nigerian Fish Roll

FISH ROLL RECIPE

(For the Skin)

FLOUR  250g
SUGAR  50g
MARGARINE  1Tbsp
YEAST  Half Tspn
NUTMEG  Quarter Tspn
SALT  Pinch
CINNAMON  Quarter Tspn


 (For the filling)

Fish 🐟 as appropriate 
Scotch bonnet pepper to taste
Onions to taste
Seasoning to taste 
Curry & Thyme to taste

Procedure;

Measure your dry Ingredients 
Mix together, then add your margarine
Mix together, add water.
*NOTE* Dont let it to be watery
