OIL-BASED CHIN CHIN WITHOUT BAKING POWDER

INGREDIENTS:

500g of flour
.
100g of sugar(½ cup).

1 full tbs of milk flavour powder.

50g of veg. oil ⅓ cup.
 
1 cup of coconut milk or water (200mls).

¼ tsp of nutmeg.

¼ tsp of cinnamon.

¼ tsp of liquid flavour.

⅛ tsp of salt.

PROCEDURES: 

Sieve your flour in a large bowl, and add all your dry ingredients.
Make a small space at the centre of the flour and pour in your oil.
Mix a bit and add your coconut milk or water little by little to form a dough.
Allow dough to rest for 30mins.
Roll out with your rolling pin and cut into cubes or desired shapes.
Preheat your oil and fry till golden brown.
