Easy Yoghurt making
Recipe:
1)starter/culture 2tab
2) powder milk 500g
3)clean water1 100ml
4)water 2 150ml(hot)
5)water 3 200-250 ml
6) sugar syrup,date or honey as desired
Procedures:
Wash hands properly,in a clean bowl pour in your milk
2) add water 1 n whisk properly
3)sieve using a cheese cloth
4) add the hot water n stir
5)allow to get to room temperature/ warm up when feel
6)add your starter n stir
7) cover n place in a dark n warm place,(cover with a duvet/ blanket) n allow for 8-12hrs for fermentation
8) after which bring out(you can remove your whey at this point)
9) stir n add flavor n sugar syrup
Store in fridge or freezer for upto 30days.
