STRAWBERRY CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS 

◾️1½ cup All Purpose Flour 
◾️¾ cup Powdered Sugar 
◾️4 tbsp Milk Powder  
◾️4-5tbsp Strawberry Syrup or Strawberry Crush. 
(This can be replaced with 4-5 drops of Strawberry essence plus 2-3 drops of Red Gel food color) 
◾️1tbsp Baking Powder  
◾️½ tsp Baking Soda 
◾️2tbsp Curd  
◾️4 tbsp Refined oil 
◾️Milk (as required to make the cake batter) 

 METHOD

◾️Grease a baking tin with oil, place a butter paper and grease it again. Keep it aside.

◾️Sieve all the dry ingredients ( 2times)

◾️ In a mixing bowl, add curd, oil, strawberry syrup, dry ingredients (in batches), add milk gradually and make a smooth lumpfree batter, adjust the consistency of the cake batter. 

◾️Pour the cake batter in the greased baking tin and bake it in oven in  convection mode at 170°c for 30-45 minutes.     

◾️Once done, let it cool.

◾️Strawberry Sponge Cake is ready. Cut it into pieces, Serve it with tea or coffee and enjoy
