COCONUT CAKE RECIPE
Ingredients
125g of margarine
½ cup vegetable oil
1½ cup sugar
3½ cup cake flour
1 cup desiccated coconut
6 egg white
1½ cup coconut milk
½ cup buttermilk
1½ teaspoon coconut flavour
3 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
Procedure
👉 Cream the margarine,oil and sugar until smooth,bea in the coconut flavour and egg white 2 minutes until fluffy.
👉Add in the coconut milk and Buttermilk until is well combined
👉lastly sieve in the flour, baking soda,salt dessicated coconut and combined together
Preheat you oven
Grease your baking pan and share into 3 size 6 pan
Bake until you insert a skewer and it comes out clean
