How to make ICE CANDY

INGREDIENTS

◾️5 liters boiled water

◾️5 cups Ellis Brown

◾️2½ cups white sugar

◾️5 drops food colouring

◾️5 drops vanilla essence

INSTRUCTIONS

◾️Mix the water and the milk and steer to make sure there is no lumps.

◾️Add sugar

◾️Add any 1 food coloring of your choice.

◾️Add vanilla essence.

◾️Leave the mixture to cool down completely..

◾️After it has cooled down take your jelly and cut it in to small square pieces add it to your mixture and packge into plastic..

◾️Put in the fridge so it becomes solid and voila!!
