Custard cookies.
Ingredients
Icing sugar: 150g
Margerine/Butter: 250g
Egg: 1pc
Flour: 300g
Custard powder: 150g
Method
In a bowl, mix the flour and custard powder.
In another bowl, cream butter/margerine and icing sugar for few minutes, add the whisked egg and then the flour mixture.
Scoop and mould into a ball with your palms, Use fork to press it down slightly. bake moderately in a pre-heated oven for about 15-20mins.
Allow to cool a bit, store in a Glass jar with lid or an airtight container.
