Juicy Cake with 1 egg

Ingredients

eggs - 1.
flour - 2 cups
baking soda - 1 tsp.
sugar - 1 cups
vanilla - 1 tsp
yogurt - 1 cup
oil - 3/4 cup
cocoa - 1 - 2 tsp, optional
OPTIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
figs - or other fruits
walnuts

Preparation
Pour the egg and sugar into a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon for about 1 minute.

Add the yogurt and the soda, and stir to froth.

Then add the oil, vanilla, and sifted flour.

Separate a bit of the mixture into a teacup and add the cocoa.

Grease and flour a cake tin, pour the mixture, and color with the separate cocoa mixture.

Bake the cake at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 30-35 minutes.
