Pillow Doughnut


Ingredients

  1. 500 g flour
  2. 1 cup water room temp
  3. 1 tblsp active yeast
  4. 1/2 cup sugar (100g)
  5. Milk and flavor (optional)
  6. 1 large egg
  7. Pinch nut meg (optional)
  8. 2 table spoon Butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make a dough

  2. Step 2

    Knead the dough for about 25mins till smooth

  3. Step 3

    Cut the dough into 7pcs or weigh the dough at 75g each then mould and form a round ball

  4. Step 4

    Place the round ball on top of a baking paper that is been dusted with flour and allow it to proof for 30mins

  5. Step 5

    Fry in a low medium heat until Golden brown not more than 4 mins per frying.
