Commercial doughnuts recipe
Flour 500g sieved
Sugar 100g
Margarine 50g
Yeast 1tbsp heaped
2 1/4 cup lukewarm water
Milk emulsion flavor 1 to 2 drops

Procedure
Pour flour in a large bowl, add yeast,add sugar and mix well
Rub in margarine and mix
Add in water bit by bit
Add flavor and mix
Transfer to a lightly floured table and knead for 30minutes
Cut and Measure on a scale
Rap each and make a ball
Cut parchment paper in pieces 
Place each on the parchment paper ,flour lightly and cover....
Let it proof for 15minutes
Fry on low heat in a warm oil
You will get 20 to 25 pieces with this recipe
