ROYAL ICING RECIPE
250G SIFTED ICING SUGAR
1 EGG WHITE
DROP OF FLAVOUR
PROCEDURE
SIFT YOUR ICING SUGAR IN A BOWL
WHISK YOUR EGG WHITE TILL STIFF PEAK
ADD ICING SUGAR GRADUALLY TO THE WHISKED EGG
POUR IN DIFF BOWLS ADD COLOUR OF CHOICE
SCOOP IN PIPING BAG AND PIPE ON A BOARD
(see picture attached)
LEAVE TO DRY FOR 48HOURS
BREAK OFF THE BOARD WHEN ITS BONE DRY
SIFT IN A SIEVE TO REMOVE THE TINY RESIDUES
THERE YOU GO ..
You can use this for your ice cream,in your cake batter and also for cake decorations
