HOW TO PREPARE SPICY Snail

How to prepare your snail
   
 For lovers of snail

✓Snail (sizeable snail)
✓Fresh pepper
✓fresh tomatoes (little)
✓Onions
✓ginger&garlic
✓salt
✓maggi
✓Groundnut oil (for frying)
✓Alum or lime
 (for washing snail)

Note,  i use more of fresh pepper and onions and little tomatoes for my sauce,if you are adding fresh tomatoes add little and more of pepper and onions,for those that love pepper

Procedure
Step 1,wash your snail with Alum,wash clean use your knife to open up the center and wash in between,make sure you wash clean to avoid the drawing part

Step 2, wash and grind your fresh pepper  tomatoes and onions together and grind,grind roughly and not too smooth,then slice another onions seperately, clean and pound your ginger and garlic together, Ginger and garlic helps to bring out good taste of Aroma,

Step 3,put your snail in a pot add some of your blended pepper mixture to your snail add maggi and salt and little water and cook for some minutes,
You don't need your snail to be over cooked

Step4,After cooking your snail for some minutes bring out and pour in a bowl,
Put your frying pan to the heat,heat and pour in your Groundnut oil,when heating your oil drain out water from the snail and pour your snail to the heated oil to fry for like 2_3mins,then add your pepper mixture and your slice onions immediately to the frying snail and stir all together,then add the pounded ginger and garlic, little salt to taste and maggi cube,fry and stir very well for the pepper sauce to penetrate inside the snail very well,
Do not over fry your snail and sauce, fry fresh and not dry as shown in the picture
