Flour 500g
Icing sugar 400g
Coco powder 150g
Flavour (optional)
Butter 400g
     
METHOD
Pour your Flour in a mixing bowl add your butter, icing sugar and coco powder
Mix very well to get a stiff dough 
Wrap in a cling film and put in the fridge to rest for 20mins
Unwrap your dough and knead a little on a smooth surface or table
Roll with a rolling pin and cut out desired shapes with cutters of your choice 
Put them in your greased baking try and bake in a moderate oven
