COTCH EGG

SCOTCH EGG RECIPE :
*Boiled egg
*sausage (hotdog,chicken frank etc)
*Bread crumbs
*Raw egg
*Flour 
*Pepper (powder pepper)
*Nutmeg

Preparation: Peel boiled eggs and set aside. Blend your sausage to form a paste,add your powder pepper and set aside (kindly note that you can add salt and seasoning according to your preference but I didn't add cos I used chicken Franks and it's seasoned already)....
Coat your boiled egg with flour then wrap with your sausage mixture till a ball is formed and the egg is fully covered,drop into your raw egg to fully coat then coat fully round with your bread crumbs then deep fry on medium heat.......
