HOMEMADE JAM:
Ingredients:
🌹Watermelon 250ml
🌹Lemon 2tbsp
🌹Sugar 100g
BLEND WATERMELON, SQUEEZE THE JUICE
SQUEEZE THE JUICE FROM THE LEMON
PROCEDURE:
🌹 Get a small frying pan and place on a heat
🌹 Pour a cup of watermelon juice (250ml)
🌹 Add 100g of sugar into the pan
🌹 Keep stirring it so it won't burn
🌹 Allow it to boil for some minutes
🌹 Bring down to cool
🌹 Place it back on heat and add 2 tbsp of lemon juice to it
🌹 Allow to boil for 4-5 minutes while stirring so it won't burn
🌹 At this stage you will notice its gel like form
🌹 Put off the heat to cool
🌹 Package and store your jam for future purpose
🌹 Use as bread spread, doughnuts filling etc😋
