Nigerian Samosa Filling



Nigeria Samosa Fillings 

Ingredients
 30 mins
1 kg Minced meat
20 big onions
Seasoning
Beef seasoning
Garlic
Ginger
Curry
Pinch salt
Veg oil

Cooking Instruction

Step 1
Cut the onion into small chunks,wash and set aside.

Step 2
Put Oil in a pan,add garlic and a little onion heat it and stir fry,add the chopped onion and stir fry for 3 minutes.

Step 3
Add minced meat and stir throughly.

Step 4
Add the seasoning,beef seasoning,curry,ginger,salt and stir throughly.

Step 5
Add water as required and mix it,cover the pot and cook it till its soft

Step 6
Add corn starch in a bowl and mix it with a little water to serve as a thickener(I don't like my meat to be dry)

Step 7
Mix it inside the meat mixture and turn throughly and allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
