SAUSAGE FLAGS


SAUSAGE FLAGS 
Ingredients
140 g wheat flour (1 heaping cup)
140 g cornmeal (1 heaping cup)
50 g of sugar (3 tbsp)
10 g of baking powder (1 tbsp)
1/2 tsp pepper
4 g salt (1 tsp)
250 ml of milk (1 cup)
2 eggs (medium)
12 sausages
12 skewer sticks
Preparation
1. In a container, place the wheat flour, corn flour, sugar, baking powder, ground pepper and salt, then mix.
2. Add milk, eggs and mix well, then set aside.
3. Place the skewers on the sausages, then pass through wheat flour and the mixture.
4. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, let rest on absorbent paper
