Easy Recipe for Samosa
Ingredients
Flour 2 cups
Salt
Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
Water
Direction for making Samosa
Pour 2 cups of flour in a bowl
Add Salt as needed
Add 2 Teaspoon of hot vegetable oil
Add required water to make a soft dough
Use towel to cover the dough and set aside
Roll it as a thin sheet
Cook the dough on a pan for 5 secs and turn the back afterward
Cut the edges into 2 or 3 rectangles sheet

Fry the Samosa on a medium heat
