Chocolate Cake


Chocolate Cake
 INGREDIENTS
 4 eggs
 200 g of sugar
 180 ml of milk
 180 g of melted butter
 Beat well with a fuet and then add:
 200 g wheat flour
 60 g chocolate powder
 1 tablespoon powdered yeast

Method:
 Mix everything very well until you get a very smooth dough and add 1 melted bittersweet chocolate bar about 90gms
 Mix the dough well and pour it into a greased and sprinkled with chocolate powder. Bake in preheated oven at 180° for 40 minutes or so.

 Roof:
 1 can of condensed milk
 1 box of cream
 1 tablespoon of butter
 2 tablespoons chocolate powder
 1 bar of semisweet chocolate of 90 gr broken into pieces.

 Measure and put all in a pan and place on fire then continue to stirr until it's creamy.
 Unmold the cake and pour the frosting over it while still warm.
