MOIST BANANA BREAD


MOIST BANANA BREAD 

๐ŸŒŸ INGREDIENTS 

3 "ripe" banana 
2 eggs
½ cup sugar 
2 cups flour 
1 tsp baking soda 
¼ tsp salt 
¼ cup canola oil 
1 tsp vanilla

๐ŸŒŸ INSTRUCTIONS 

Preheat oven to 170°c

Thoroughly mash bananas.

Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, mix well with a wire whisk (or sifter).

Whisk the eggs lightly in a separate bowl.

Add oil and vanilla
 
When the oven has finished preheating add the wet to the dry.

Pour into a loaf pan that has been generously greased with vegetable shortening.

Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clear.
