Chocolate Milk Cake

Shift along
1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar
3 t baking powder
A pinch of salt

Clash with me
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup of oil
4 egg yolks

Mix the wet ingredients in the flour mixture.
Whisk the egg whites (don't beat too much) and fold them in the mix.

Grease the bowl/pan with oil and bake it at 180 C for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Mine was exactly 30 minutes.

Sauce: Pour hot sauce over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.

1 can of ideal milk (keep 1/4 can aside)
1 cup of sugar
Cook it together and pour over the hot cake.

Melt together 2 normal size whole nut chocolate blocks and the remaining 1/4 tin of Ideal milk. Don't cook it, just let it melt.

And throw over the cooled cake.

You can serve it with cream and strawberries if you like!
*I added coffee powder to the hot water of the cake to give it a richer taste!
