HOME MADE LIQUID GLUCOSE

Ingredients:

 2 cups of sugar, 

1/4 cup of water, 

1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 

pinch of salt, 

1/2 tsp. of baking soda.

Add all of the ingredients to a sauce pan, cook for about 5 minutes and your glucose syrup is ready to use.
