Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 medium bananas, sliced
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir this into the butter mixture until smooth.
Fold in the sour cream, chopped walnuts, and sliced bananas.
