Baking is fun when you have a recipe that is different from others. Many want something different and here is one. A typical Nigeria baked chin chin

Ingredients

  1. 4 cups flour
  2. 1 egg
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 250g butter
  5. 1tbspn Powder milk flavour

Cooking Instructions


  1. Mix all the ingredients together add water gradually and knead it to form a soft dough, cover and leave it to rest for 15m


  2. Roll it and cut into your desire shape, place it on bake tray and graze the oil, bake it for 25-30m.
