FRIED MEAT PIE


FRIED MEAT PIE

Ingredient

(For filling)
Salt
Scotch bonnets pepper (Ground)
Minced meat
Spring Onion
Carrot (optional)
Garlic/ginger
Thymes
Seasoning cubes

(For the dough)
3 cups flour
3 tablespoons margarine
1 egg 
Pinch of salt
Water for mixing

Procedure..
1. Combine all dry ingredients for dough together. 
Add margarine and egg. Add water and mix to have a nice dough.

2. Stir fry minced meat and add all other ingredients for the filling.

3. Roll out dough and cut using same process and normal meat pie.

4. Fry in hot oil until done.
