Caramel Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients:
1. Popcorn Kernels - 1/2 cup
2. Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons (for popping)
3. Butter (unsalted) - 2 tablespoons
4. Sugar - 1/2 cup
5. Milk - 2 tablespoons (liquid)
6. Baking Soda - 1/4 teaspoon
7. Salt - A pinch

 Instructions:

 Pop the Corn:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large, deep pot over medium heat.
2. Add the popcorn kernels and a pinch of salt. Cover the pot tightly and allow it to pop.
3. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
4. Once the corn is done popping, remove the pot from the heat. Transfer the popcorn to a large mixing bowl.

 Make the Caramel:
1. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the sugar, stirring constantly, and allow it to melt completely.
3. Add the milk and baking soda. Let the mixture boil gently for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. The caramel will foam slightly.
4. Remove the caramel sauce from the heat.

 Coat the Popcorn:
1. Pour the caramel over the popped popcorn.
2. Gently toss with a spatula to evenly coat all the popcorn. Let it sit for 3 minutes to firm up and enhance the crispy texture.
3. Serve and enjoy!
